Brad Grahl - Bio:
Holds a BSME from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Has worked for Arco Air – Snyder General in Dallas, Texas in the design of air cooled residential split system heat pumps for 6 years.

Has worked for FHP Manufacturing (Florida Heat Pump) for the past 21 years in the design of water source and geo-thermal heat pumps and is currently Vice President of Engineering at FHP.

Is a past Chairman of ARI’s Applied Packaged Systems Section and Water Source Heat Pump Sub-Section. Currently sits as ARI Chairman of the Applied Package Systems Nominating Committee.

Has sat on ASHRAE Standards committees and assisted in the development of ASHRAE Standard 146-1998 - Methods of Testing and Rating Pool Heaters.

Ken Dean – Bio:
Has worked in the HVAC industry for over 40 years in the Florida market area.
Well versed in all aspects of design, application and functionality of water source heat pumps and hydronic systems as well as air source systems.

Has worked for FHP Manufacturing (Florida Heat Pump) for the past 20 years as North and Central Florida District Sales Manager calling on engineers, contractors and major distributors.

Is a Past President of ASHRAE Gulf Stream Chapter and has held various posts within ASHRAE chapters over the years.

Arrive at: FHP Manufacturing

Arrival Time: 4:00 PM October 12, 2005

Break up into small groups and tour plant for 1 hour

Meet in FHP conference room at 5:00 PM for brief 30 minute question and answer session with Ken and Brad

Depart at 5:30 PM for Champs Restaurant – dinner on your own.

Directions to FHP:

I-95 to Cypress Creek Road West.
Go west over tracks and make right at first light into Cypress Corporate Park. (Bennigans on corner)
Go to stop sign and make left.
Go around the lake and FHP is located in the back north west section of the park.
